“As a woman who played a matriarchal role in my first marriage, I would like to comment on Jennifer Homans’s review of “The End of Men,” by Hanna Rosin (Sept. 16). Let me tell you, it was no feminist-goddess experience. If history and anthropology are correct, any society that promotes and praises “the end of men” is likely to be one in decline.”
