Univ. of Arizona holds that student committed sexual assault based on a mere possibility that his accuser didn’t consent

“A male student was suspended by the university after being found guilty of sexual assault by the school’s vice president of student affairs because the vice president found that the male student knew his accuser “might not have been able to voluntarily consent” to sexual relations due to her alcohol consumption.”
